This session is focused on exploring ways to support and supervise staff during both regular and challenging times. We will discuss various techniques and strategies to help maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees.

The training is suitable for Managers, Chief Executives, Board Members and staff with line management responsibilities.

This session will cover:

Understanding the role and importance of supervision and support
The differences of supporting and supervising staff
How to get the best from your team
How to address concerns

Requirements

As this is a training session, it will be interactive. Attendees will need to have their camera on during the session. There will be discussions therefore a working microphone is also required.
