Sheena Arthur
Head of Policy & Engagement

I oversee the strategic development of the Policy and Engagement approach and manage GCVS’s role in delivering the Scottish Government’s Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. I’m passionate about creating inclusive environments where every voice is heard and valued.

Pauline Gordon
Partnership Manager

I lead on key policy areas, including employability, fair funding, commissioning and procurement. I contribute to forums such as the Third Sector Employability Forum Executive Group, the No One Left Behind Commissioning Working Group, and the Child Poverty Programme.

Tracey Jenkins
Partnership Manager

I provide strategic leadership across GIRFEC, The Promise, Whole Family Support, and Public Service Reform, applying a child poverty lens to system change. I help public and third sectors to collaborate, improve planning and ensure that children, young people, and families influence policy at all levels.

Mary Sinclair
Partnership Manager

I lead GCVS’s work on data and digital, helping us collect, interpret, and share evidence about the third sector, while championing digital inclusion across Glasgow. I also lead on Open Government and Open Data, focusing on impact measurement and data sharing.

Partnerships & Membership Coordinator
I lead engagement with our members. I also coordinate our political connections, consultation responses, and events that help the sector connect with officials, Ministers, and decision-makers.

Development Officer
My role focuses on ensuring the third sector’s voice is fairly represented in multi-agency groups and that children and young people are meaningfully involved in shaping the services that affect them.

I support community facilities, Community Learning and Development (CLD), mental health and wellbeing initiatives, and the community justice network. I also help coordinate the Glasgow Food Policy Partnership and the Local Resilience Partnership.
