Survey: National Procurement Framework for the commissioning of employability services

Local authorities in Scotland, including Glasgow City Council, are developing a national procurement framework for the commissioning of employability services. 

The framework is likely to cover a range of employability related services, including provision of:
– pre-employment and work-related education,
– skills development, training opportunities
– other support for people who are unemployed or underemployed. 

As part of this they have published a Prior Information Notice and are asking potential suppliers to complete a survey to help them understand the market.
