Supporting Relationships and Sexual Health for Adults with a Learning Disability

A forum has been organised for a broad range of stakeholders to discuss supporting relationships and sexual health for adults with a learning disability within NHSGGC.

The event on 30th November, is for those who work within Glasgow and Clyde and support adults with a learning disability and their family and carers. This could include those who work in day services, care providers, learning disability nurses, social workers and health improvement staff. Other key stakeholders, such as charities and support groups are also welcome.

This is part of a programme of work to develop services, resources and training for staff that support the needs of both the adults, and parents and carers.

Please see the attached 3 flyers which include:

  • More information on the Event, including a pre-event survey for practitioners
