Our payroll service is available to third-sector organisations and individuals who manage their own care. This comprehensive service includes making payments to your employee’s bank accounts, managing HMRC and pension providers, and handling all other payroll-related queries.
Bill-Paying Services

Payroll Support You Can Trust
Our experienced team delivers a high-quality, end-to-end payroll service supporting third-sector organisations. From registering with HMRC and setting up a dedicated In-Trust bank account, to processing payslips, transferring salaries, and handling all HMRC submissions, we ensure your payroll runs smoothly and on time.
What do we need from you?
We’ll ask you to inform us about any changes, like new starters, leavers, salary, bank details, and sessional hours worked. Don’t forget to keep your list of authorised signatories current and let us know about sickness, maternity/paternity leave, advances, pension changes, and any new or updated sick pay policies.

Workplace Pensions Made Easy
GCVS offers a simple, hassle-free way to manage your Workplace Pension responsibilities. For a one-off fee of £50 + VAT, we can set up your pension scheme and handle key tasks like assessing staff eligibility, enrolling employees, issuing statutory letters, making deductions, and submitting contributions to your chosen provider. We can also assist with online filing, upload files if needed, and provide monthly pension reports if requested.
Our team are here to help you get started. You’ll need to nominate a main contact with The Pensions Regulator, choose a compliant pension scheme, and complete a Set Up Form or Auto Enrolment Form, which we will provide. For advice, please speak to your Payroll Administrator or contact us using the form below.
