The Scottish Governance Code for the Third Sector sets out five core principles and key elements of good governance for the boards of charities, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises in Scotland. The code was last updated in 2023 following a full review. It is designed to help you review your governance in line with the five key principles, as well as to celebrate success and identify areas for improvement.
