Radio Scotland Interview on Third Sector Funding

BBC Radio Scotland interviewed GCVS Chief Executive Ian Bruce to discuss the Glasgow Communities Fund and current funding processes for Third Sector services. Ian urges councillors to consider services that are so essential competitive funding processes are not appropriate, saying:
“there are some services funded that you might regard as being so close to essential it’s whether its suitable to fund them under a competitive process like this.”
