This award contains two mandatory units; ‘Exploring wellbeing’ and ‘Improving wellbeing’. The ‘Exploring Wellbeing’ unit supports candidates to gain a greater understanding of what wellbeing is as well as the factors, which influence it. The ‘Improving wellbeing’ unit encourages candidates to put this learning into practice and make positive choices, set targets and plan a wellbeing enhancing activity.
This short course is delivered online and available 24/7 followed by a four week journal exercise when you will be supported by an assessor.
The Wellbeing Award is perfect for individuals wanting to upskill for personal or professional reasons, or employers looking for wellbeing support and training for their staff.
