This short award encompasses the delivery of coaching as well as evaluation and reflection on coaching skills to improve practice and learning.
Typical job roles that would suit this PDA include coach, supervisor, team leader, facilitator, mentor or assessors who have responsibility for workplace coaching as all or part of their role.
They will also attend a Coaching and Motivating staff workshop and have access to a 1-to-1 session with a Management coach.
Professional Development Awards (PDAs) are flexible and usually designed for those already in a career who are looking to broaden or enhance their skills. They are also ideal for helping young people, graduates and other adult learners.
