Self-Care and Capacity Building

19 June 2024 - 10:00

An online workshop for third sector groups and organisations in Glasgow.

Join GCVS and COPE Scotland for an online workshop on Wednesday, 19 June, 10am – 11am. This is the second in the series where we will focus on communication and tools such as liberating structures to support you and your team with self-care and collective care.

These sessions are standalone workshops to attend; we welcome staff across the Third Sector in Glasgow who have not attended previous workshops.

More about this workshop

Following feedback on communication with teams and an interest in learning new tools and techniques, we have designed this session to explore this further. Join us to learn from others and explore ways we can reduce the impact that time pressures have on our wellbeing.

During the session we will use Jam Board, a digital whiteboard platform. We will guide you through it, so don’t worry if you’re not familiar with it. If you would like to view the instruction video beforehand, please see this link – How to Use Jamboard – The Basics (

This session will be hosted on Zoom. Please register here and the zoom event registration will be emailed closer to the date of the event.
