Managing Workplace Safety in the Office

£70.00

26 November 2026 - 10:00 - 12:00

Online (Zoom)

An introduction to the common health and safety risks that can be found in an office environment.

Offices are one of the most common workplace environments and many organisations will have an associated office space. While they are often considered low-risk, safe workplaces, tens of thousands of incidents, such as slips, trips, and falls, occur each year, so it is essential to understand the associated risks.

By law, every employee is entitled to work in a safe environment. That includes those working in charities and voluntary sector organisations.

Failing to address health and safety duties and commitments can leave organisations open to prosecution and other implications for the organisation and those in charge.

This course looks at the common hazards associated with working in an office environment and methods to control these hazards. We’ll also have time to answer questions.

It is ideal for anyone with Health & Safety and/or line management responsibilities.
