Join us for our online Managing Absence Workshop. This session is suitable for managers at all levels.

Managing absence is an ongoing challenge for line managers and is the most frequent area we provide support on. In this workshop we will work through a variety of scenarios to give you the knowledge and confidence to manage both short term and long-term absence.

With support from our HR experts, during this workshop you will cover:

Managing short term absence, including:

Frequent Absence
Absence Patterns
Regular absence when a medical condition is present

Managing long term absence, including:

Mental Health Conditions
One off long term absence
Disability and long term medical conditions

Good Practice for managing both short and long term absence

Requirements: As this is a training session it will be interactive. Attendees will need to have their camera on during the session. There will be discussions and group activities therefore a working microphone is also required.
