This short course looks at the hazards associated with staff who work alone and/or drive as part of their working requirements. It’s ideal for anyone with Health & Safety, HR and/or line management responsibilities.

It will cover the risk-assessing process for each topic and look at ways that organisations can put in place suitable control measures and processes to help improve the safety of staff, organisation service users and the public.

Course Objectives:

• Gain an understanding of the regulations and legal requirements

• Knowledge of some of the more common hazards associated with Lone Working and Occupational Driving

• Practical control measures and policies which can be put in place to improve safety

• Gain information on the risk-assessing process.

This is an online event. You will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes. Please do this at your convenience before the day of the event.
