Join us for this session created by our HR Advice Service which is tailored to voluntary sector employers.
This session is aimed at employers and is suitable for managers, Board Members and those with HR responsibilities.
Recruitment is one of the biggest challenges in the voluntary sector. It can be difficult to attract the right person for the job due to unsteady funding and a lack of skills and experience. Appointing the right person will be even more important over the next year as we see changes to unfair dismissal processes in January 2027.
If you are an HR or Health and Safety Subscriber or a GCVS Member, please log in to your account before booking below to receive additional discounts. Then, please click the Sign Up button and go to the checkout page to complete your registration.
As this is a training session, it will be interactive. Attendees will need to have their camera on during the session. There will be discussions therefore a working microphone is also required.
When completing your registration in the checkout page, please let us know if you have any accessibility requirements we can help with. This may include closed captions, large print materials or other needs. Where possible and with sufficient notice, we will do our best to accommodate them.
This is an online event which will be delivered on Zoom. Joining details will be sent the day before the event – please remember to check your spam folder.
You will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes. Please do this at your convenience before the day of the event.
