Cassiltoun Housing Association have a vacancy for a modern apprentice customer services in our Housing Services Team.
With customer focus at the heart of everything that you do, you will respond to a range of telephone and face-to-face enquiries, with the aim of resolving these at the first point of contact. You will be involved in arranging appointments for tenants, contractors, and staff in relation to repairs, welfare rights and housing options.
