Social Media & Digital Creator Volunteer
Help us share our work, reach more people and make a difference in our local community.
About Us
Common Thread Vision (CTV) is a small, community-based registered charity in Glasgow dedicated to supporting ethnic minority older adults to access health and wellbeing services. While our primary focus is supporting ethnic minority elders, we warmly welcome women of all backgrounds and ages to take part in our activities.
We are based at Pollokshields Community Centre and provide a welcoming space where women can connect, build friendships and take part in activities including our weekly Lunch Club, Arts & Crafts, Chair Yoga, Yoga, massage therapy, outings and summer trips.
Our aim is to reduce loneliness and social isolation, support independence and promote the physical and mental wellbeing of our members.
Please Note
This role is within a women-led organisation and involves regular communication with the Project Leader. To support a comfortable and effective working relationship, this volunteering opportunity is open to women.

- Is reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Has some experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools would be helpful but is not essential.

- Experience working with a small community charity.
- The chance to build your portfolio with real community-based content.
- Flexible volunteering that can fit around your other commitments.
