Scottish Mental Health First Aid Courses

The Spark is a national relationship support charity, offering training in areas that impact on relationships. We have two Scottish Mental Health First Aid courses coming up in Glasgow: these equip participants to recognise the signs of mental health problems or distress and give the confidence to provide initial support.
