Part-Time Services Coordinator – HSTAR Scotland SCIO
HSTAR Scotland SCIO is seeking an organised, compassionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Services Coordinator to join our trauma-informed team supporting women affected by trauma and abuse across Scotland.
Location: Viewfield Chambers, Viewfield Place, Stirling, FK8 1NQ
Hours: 21 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term for 1 year, subject to funding availability
Salary: £15,168 per annum (21 hours per week) (£25,280 full-time equivalent)
The Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring clients move safely and smoothly through our services from referral onwards. The role includes conducting client assessments, processing referrals, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, coordinating communications, verifying data, handling invoices and supporting service delivery through effective administration.
