Now recruiting: Freelance Fundraising & Finance Lead

BOOM! Community Arts are looking for someone to join our experienced team as our Fundraising & Finance Lead. We are a very small community arts charity working primarily in the North of Glasgow. Our team currently consists of a Marketing & Project Coordinator, a Development & Partnerships Lead, a pool of sessional art workshop leaders, and a volunteer Board.

The successful candidate will join our core admin team and work collaboratively to bring our fundraising strategy to fruition, ensure our financial processes are robust and help us grow our organisation.

1 day per week, to be organised at the post-holder’s discretion, ideally attending a virtual team meeting every second Friday.

Term: Freelance, currently budgeted until end March 2027 (expected to be renewed). Fee: £170.40 p/d

Location: Working from home, Glasgow City or nearby with ability to attend events/meetings in person throughout the year.
