Notre Dame Centre – Admin Assistant (permanent) – 21 hours per week

The Notre Dame Centre is a non-profit Charity which operates as a Company Limited by Guarantee with a Board of Directors. Based in the North of Glasgow, our multi-disciplinary team provides assessment and therapeutic counselling support to children and families referred by Education Authorities, Social Work Services and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

Working as part of a small Admin team, the successful applicant should have a relevant administrative/secretarial qualification or relevant experience in this field.

Location: Possilpark, Glasgow

Hours: 21 hours per week Monday to Friday (mornings)

Salary: £17,367 to £19,230 (pro rata) dependent on experience

Responsible to: Head of Service

Annual Leave: 33 days plus 10 Public Holidays (pro rata) with compulsory 4 week closure in July and between 25th December and 2nd January

Probationary Period: 3 months, during which period the contract can be terminated with one weeks’ notice

Pension: Contributory pension with People’s Pension (available when 3 month’s probationary period completed)
