We are looking to recruit:-
Team Manager (£32,436 rising to £35,445)
A role which requires strong leadership to maximise service delivery resources efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of young people and their families. This role will require you to line manage a group of professional workers to deliver one to one focused support to achieve positive outcomes in line with National Practice Model and Organisational Standards to deliver high quality services. There is a need to either have or be willing to work towards qualifications to meet registration requirements.

Project Workers (£23,953 rising to £25,240 with further opportunity to earn up to £26,528)
A role which requires you to case manage up to 12 young people through effective support planning and risk assessment. You will be effective and proficient in collaborating with all partners and have experience in crisis management to support the helpline activity on a rota basis making professional decision and judgements as necessary.

Assistant Project Workers (£19,574 rising to £20,707 with further opportunity to earn up to £21,737)
A role which requires you to build relationships with young people and families and be part of a package of professional support, challenging attitudes and behaviours through structured interventions.

Both Project Workers and Assistant Project Workers must have, or be willing to work towards qualifications essential to carry out their roles and meet registration requirements. Professional report writing and the ability to use technology to record all activity is essential to ensure effective evidenced based outcomes using our ‘ A Better Life’ toolkit.

All posts require individuals to:-
• Work flexibly to meet the demands of the service, involving regular weekend and evening work;
• Develop safe, professional and committed relationships with young people and families
• Use their communication skills effectively to influence positive change and provide personalised, risk enabled, professional support.

It is essential that you can drive, have access to your own vehicle for work purposes and are covered for business insurance purposes.
