Groupwork And Drop In Service

Wellbeing Scotland are offering a new Groupwork and Drop in Service for survivors of childhood abuse/trauma.

This service will be free of charge, and open to any survivor of childhood abuse or trauma, who can travel to the venue in the city centre (Cadogan Street)
The Drop-In Service will run on a weekly basis for 2 hours at a time offering the opportunity to meet informally and socialise with other survivors in a safe, confidential space. There is no need to disclose any personal experiences at these sessions, the drop in facility is being made available to offer survivors a less structured support where there will be a friendly face, a listening ear, and no pressure to give a regular commitment to attend.

The Activity Groups will run on a weekly basis for 2 hours at a time. Choice of activities on offer will be survivor led. Suggestions so far include Art, Music, Creative Writing, Healthy Eating, Pamper Sessions, Photography and a Walking Group.

Self Referrals and Agency Referrals are welcome.

Please contact Roberta for an informal chat by emailing, or calling 07739 859076. Working days Wednesday and Thursday.
