Free training on wellbeing

2 day course, Monday 11th and 18th May COPE 20 Drumchapel rd 9.30-2.30pm. We will also provide a free sandwich lunch. Closing dates for registration of interest Thursday 8th of May 5pm, places are limited to 25 so first come……

  2. Do you think well-being is important?
  3. Do you have what it takes to be a Well-Being Activist?
  4. Then we want to meet you

COPE Scotland are able to offer training to support people acquire skills to improve well-being:

  1. For themselves
  2. Their family
  3. Their community
  4. and
  5. where they work, rest and play

Training includes:

• What is well-being and how do you know if you have good well-being
• How to improve well-being if things aren’t as you would like
• How to get the message out there to others so more people have improved well being
• What is stress and how do you manage it

Toolkits to take away including one hour stress buster workshops with training notes, mindfulness meditation practice DVD and more. This is free, what do we ask for in return?

Simply let us know when you use the tools you learned, a simple feedback form we will cover as part of the training.

There is also the opportunity to help found a well-being network to share challenges, opportunities and ideas around promoting well-being.
