Are you involved in a community or emergency food initiative? Or something related? Then we’d love to welcome you!

You are warmly invited to an evening of face-to-face networking – a chance to meet people involved in similar work while enjoying a delicious free meal.

At this event we’re focusing on the added pressure this winter of the cost-of-living crisis, and how you can talk to users of your service about money.

Guest speaker: John Mitchell, Money Guiders Scotland (MGS)

MGS defines “money guiders” as people who talk with others about their money worries and help them. Does this sound like work you do at your organisation? Or would you like to be able to offer this help?

John will share about the support available to you via the Money Guiders network – which is designed to give you the help and information that can make it easier for you to talk to others about their money worries.

This event will be catered with vegetarian food. Please state any allergens or dietary requirements during ticket checkout or by e-mailing katie.sproull@interfaithglasgow.org

Who is this event for?

This event is for people from all backgrounds with an interest in community and emergency food initiatives including foodbanks, community shops, fridges and pantries, soup kitchens etc… whether you help deliver the service, make use of the service, or both.
