What to do in a Asthma Attack

Would you know what to do in the event of an asthma attack?

When someone is having a severe asthma attack, they rely on the person next to them for help.

Follow these steps to help save lives!

  • Remember: Sit them down and reassure them. Do not lie them down or put them in a recovery position.
  • Encourage them to breathe more slowly
  • Call an ambulance immediately if they stop wheezing or coughing, a silent asthma attack is often life threatening.
