Assessing Our Networks also EQ Cafe workshops

We talk so often about collaboration and the power of networks, yet how often do we really remain in our silos? This may be due to lack of resources, competition for funding, differing views on priorities, perhaps even simply we find it hard to see a middle ground? I wanted to share a couple of workshops coming up within the Q Community in groups I convene https://q.nhsconfed.org/  Q is a large and vibrant membership community for people working to improve health and care across the UK and Ireland.

8th April 12-1pm To register https://q.nhsconfed.org/get-involved/events/network-weaving-tools-users-group-meet-up-5 In this session, the Network Weaving Tools Users Group will explore a guide designed to support assessing the value of networks.

22nd April 12-1.30pm  we have an EQ cafe offered by the Six seconds Emotional Intelligence Network https://www.6seconds.org/  café https://q.nhsconfed.org/get-involved/events/eq-cafe-connecting-with-heart

Check out the creating intentional networks section on our website https://www.copescotland.com/resources?category=Creating%20Intentional%20Networks where you will find more free resources to download which may be of interest to you and your networks. There are also selfcare materials which may be of interest to your teams and the communities you serve

We know the people and communities we serve are complex and that no one person, group or organisation can address all the challenges we face, we also know the value of engaging people and communities in finding solutions to the challenges which are impacting on their lives matters. These free workshops do not have all the answers to the wicked questions people, communities and services face, they just may offer some ideas to complement what we are already working so hard to achieve
