The Moving Forward Together Programme aims to transform the delivery of health and social care services across greater Glasgow and Clyde.  NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde would like to invite you to an event to help shape what they might look like,

“We hope that this will be the first of many opportunities for us to; come together to strengthen old and develop new relationships; begin having conversations about the future of health and social care services; and to create the platforms for us to work alongside each other to meet the challenges we are all facing.”
