Collaborate with the Adam Smith Business School on Industry Projects and Short Consultancies
Are you looking to tackle business challenges, explore new opportunities, or gain fresh insights into your organisation? The Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow is offering unique opportunities for organisations across various sectors to collaborate with our talented students through industry projects and short consultancies.

Charities, Social Enterprises, private companies, and SMEs can participate in student-led projects and consultancy engagements. These projects can deliver real value while supporting the development of future business leaders.
How can we work together?
- Industry Projects: Our students work directly with your organisation, 1-on-1 to provide innovative solutions and fresh perspectives on your business needs. This takes place over an 8–10-week period during summer.
- Consultancies: Tap into the expertise of our students for shorter, focused consultancy projects designed to address specific challenges and deliver actionable outcomes. These usually involve working with a group of students and run at various points throughout the academic year, lasting from 1-8 weeks depending on the programme.
Why partner with Glasgow University?
- Innovative Solutions: Gain new perspectives and strategies tailored to your business.
- Talent Pipeline: Collaborate with our students and build connections that can lead to future opportunities.
- Social Impact: We actively support partnerships with social enterprises, charities, and SMEs, helping to drive positive change within the community.
- Free: There is no cost to you/your organisation.
Whether you’re looking to explore a new business opportunity, address a pressing challenge, or simply want to inject fresh ideas into your organisation, we’re here to help.
