GCVS Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023

It is our pleasure to announce that our Annual General Meeting will be held in person at The Albany on Wednesday, 25th January. The event will begin with networking over breakfast from 8:30am, with the formal proceedings beginning at 9:30am. We hope this will be the first of many events in 2023, which will also mark our 50th anniversary.
GCVS members are invited to join us for a morning of updates, discussions and the chance to meet fellow members.
In addition to the formal business we are delighted that Katie Docherty, Chief Executive of Chartered Institute of Fundraising will be able to join us to share her insights into the future of fundraising for voluntary organisations. Please find below the agenda and related items of business:

Elections to the Board
This year we are seeking 3 new elected members to join the GCVS Board. All member organisations are eligible to nominate a candidate.
Our Board Recruitment Pack explains the commitment involved and our expectations of Board members. The Nomination form should be completed by Wednesday 25th January.
Board members are elected at the AGM and we will write to you again in the new year with a list of candidates and the process for voting.
As well as elected Board Members, we are also looking to appoint one Board member based on the skills and experience they can bring. Click here to find out more and apply.
