Children and Young People Act parts 1 and 3 – GCVS summaries of draft guidance

The Scottish Government is currently consulting on draft guidance related to a further two aspects of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014.  We have prepared summaries of the draft guidance for part 1 on Children’s Rights  and part 3 on Children’s Services Planning  for third sector organisations working with children and young people in the city.

GCVS will shortly conduct a survey to help inform our response to the consultation.  Those who would like to respond directly to the Scottish Government consultation can do so here.
