| Within two days of booking (“cooldown period”) | 100% Refund |
| More than 14 days before the training course start time | 100% Refund |
| 7-14 days before the training course start time | 100% of the amount towards future training booked within the next three months OR 50% Refund |
| Less than 7 days before the training course start time | 50% of the amount towards future training booked within the next three months |
| Less than 2 days before the training course start time | No Refund |
