This Developing Organisations Tool is designed to help an organisation identify their strengths and areas for development. It is a useful tool when completed as a self-assessment by somebody within the organisation who knows it well, or by a third party asking the questions and recording the answers. 

The forms can be completed and submitted online. There are 44 questions in total covering 10 topic areas but many are tick boxes. It is not possible to save once you start so we recommend using the word document template below to prepare your answers.
